Ubicado en el sector de Alfalfal, en el cajón del Maipo; el Mirador de los Cóndores es un atractivo sendero de trekking que lleva a la zona superior de unos grandes farellones rocosos que se erigen en la intersección del cajón del estero Aucayes con el cajón de río Colorado. En este lugar, y protegidos de la acción humana, cóndores (Vultur gryphus) y águilas moras (Geranoaetus melanoleucus) establecen sus nidos.

Valdivia is a city and commune in southern Chile.
The world's largest earthquake with an instrumentally documented magnitude occurred on May 22, 1960, near Valdivia in southern Chile. The United States Geological Survey assigned it a magnitude of 9.5. It is called the "Great Chilean Earthquake" and the "1960 Valdivia Earthquake."
